With over 42 years of banking experience, Dick is the former President and CEO of FNB Bank NA in Danville, PA. He also directed Swineford National Bank and the State College, PA region of Fulton Bank.
Active in the local community, Dick is a member of the boards of Geisinger Health System Foundation, and the Geisinger Health System Advisory Council.
Jerry has over 30 years of experience in mortgage banking specializing in secondary market production and sales. His primary responsibilities include managing the Mortgage Division’s strategic growth initiatives and planning throughout Pennsylvania and secondary market investor relations.
Jerry is a 1998 graduate of Leadership Lycoming, a training program designed by the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce to educate and motivate leaders on the needs of their community. Jerry also holds various capacities with the following organizations.
An eighteen year JSSB employee, Craig is the Regional President of the Western Region of JSSB, which serves Western Lycoming County, Clinton and Centre Counties. He oversees the operation of all JSSB offices within his market areas as well as direct business development.
Active in the community Russell is a Board Member of the Clinton County Community Dental Clinic, Lock Haven Elks, Citizens Hose Company, Economic Partnership Finance Committee and the Belles Springs Golf Committee. He is also a Member of the Finance Committee at his church and the Lock Haven Area YMCA.

Karen has 33 years of banking and leadership experience, holding positions of Branch Manager at Keystone Financial, Regional Manager at Northern State Bank, and Business Banking Relationship Manager at M&T Bank.
Community & Professional Service
Investing in her community, Karen is currently a member of the Lycoming Leadership Selection Committee; a Trustee of the YWCA; on the Board of Directors for the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce; and a Volunteer at Our Lady Of Lourdes Church in Montoursville. Karen previously volunteered her time and perspective on the Lycoming Leadership Board of Trustees; as a Co-Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors for the YWCA; as President of the Montoursville Youth Football League; and Treasurer of the Montoursville Booster Club. Karen was also recognized as a 2015 Women of Excellence award winner.
Karen is married to David Young, a Retired Captain of the Pennsylvania State Police at Montoursville, whom with she has two children, Lindsey Houseknecht (Son-In-Law: Jonathan Houseknecht) and Dalton Young. Karen also has two grandsons, Jay and Jordon Houseknecht.
